Driving Directions from the South East (London)

• Take M40 from London
• Leave at Exit 7, A329 (Thame, Stadhampton)
• Turn right and follow A329 to Thame
• From the Thame roundabout take the A418 to Oxford, after approx 0.75 miles turn right towards Shabbington, Ickford and Worminghall
• Go through Shabbington, Ickford and at the Worminghall x roads carry straight on towards Stanton St John (DO NOT TURN LEFT TOWARDS WATERPERRY)
• After approx 1 mile you go over the M40 bridge, then past Thlomey Grove Cattery, pass the farm buildings on the left and after approx 100 yards, take the next left (Smiths Lane)
• Commonleys B&B can be found at the bottom of the lane on the right.  At the green security gate, press the large silver button to call the house

Driving Directions from the North West (Birmingham)

• Take the M40 South
• Leave the M40 at junction 8a
• At the roundabout take the 2nd exit "A418, Thame and Aylesbury"
• After approx 3.5 miles, take the road to the left signed "Shabbington, Ickford"
• Go through Shabbington, Ickford and at the Worminghall x roads carry straight on towards Stanton St John (DO NOT TURN LEFT TOWARDS WATERPERRY)
• After approx 1 mile you go over the M40 bridge, then past Thlomey Grove Cattery, pass the farm buildings on the left and after approx 100 yards, take the next left (Smiths Lane)

• Alternatively it will bring you in from the other way.  M40 at junction 8A through the villages of Holton then through Waterperry (Sat Nav will say to you to bear left, this does not been turn left towards Waterperry Common, continue around the sharp bend and follow all the way through to Worminghall).  Once in Worminghall continue on that road until you reach the crossroads. At the crossroads in Worminghall, you need to turn left there (sign posted Stanton St John) and follow it all the way along.  Follow this road for approx a couple of miles and then you will see our sign & A Boards turn left into the lane we are not the first farmhouse on the left we are the farmhouse on the right hand side a bit further on and will bring you to a green gate.  Press the buzzer and we will open for you

Driving Directions from and around Oxford

This will bring you in from 1 of 2 ways, the first way will bring via the A34 and will bring you to the Headington roundabout.  Take 1st exit for Barton and follow the road along.  Go through the village of Barton past the crematorium and shortly after you will see a turning on your right, take this turning and follow to the end, where you will come to a T junction. Turn right again and then an immediate left to Stanton St John. Go through the village and stay on this road until you come to the end of the village. 
 
You will then come to a fork in the road where you will need to bear right and follow this along for approx a mile or so, you will pass Oak Tree Copse on the Menmarsh Road, please DO NOT STOP THERE, please continue passed that for approx. 200 -300 yards and you will see our A Boards and smiths lane on your right hand side.
